Recruitment manager / Sr. Recruitment manager exclusively focus on managing a team of at-least 10-12 recruiters and managing compete IT / Technical requirements for MNC ( CMMI Level companies) across various skills including the ones at mid management level. At one hand, this role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team) while the incumbent will also contribute substantially in sourcing & closing the mandates and on the other hand, he / she will manage the complete recruitment activities. This job will also require the person to own center of excellence for delivery for designated areas.
Required qualification, experience and soft skills:
Total years of experience : 7 to 20 years
At-least 6+ years of experience in Recruitment Industry.
Should have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction and Team Handling.
Should have very good experience in Permanent Staffing & Contract Staffing
Should have experience in managing team of recruiters
Should have Good Experience in IT & Non-IT Industry..
Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
Plan & execute the client deliverables.
Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
Responsible for managing the team of IT Recruiters
Build a world class delivery excellence center for superb execution.
Responsible for total teams’ sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.
Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
