Position -Personal Assistant

Location – Mumbai –

Role Requirement
Responsible for scheduling and managing multiple calendars including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts , proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals and maintaining an organized office
Organizes and coordinates international/domestic travel and related requirements to include: travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports. Ensures that all travel arrangements are in compliance
Provides support in arranging various meetings including collation of speaking notes and/or briefing notes, handling logistics, such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel
Expense Management- Process and track expense reports and reimbursements.
Organizing end to end events like Town halls, Team building, Team Bashes, Team dinners, Off sites, Annual Awards, Family Day
Manage the travel desk
Performs various administrative duties to include but not limited to; transcribing dictation, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry
Handling Senior Leadership visits including preparation of agenda, hotel and transportation arrangements managing the visit end to end.
Responsibilities include performing various tasks in administrative support.
Key records maintenance, compiling data for reports, administrative tasks associated with the budget process, scheduling executive appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance, answering/screening/routing telephone calls , preparing expense reports, preparing/editing executive presentations, making travel arrangements, mentoring/leading the general administrative staff of the department/division, and other established general administrative requirements of the organization.
Coordinates the administrative work within the department/division, working with other departments/divisions and companies..

Salary: INR 6 lakhs P.A. Other Benefits
